Todd Crespi is a writer, filmmaker, and Supreme Court artist.


   He has contributed to The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, as well as  ABC, NBC News, and Vogue.


   Crespi was the official CNN courtroom artist for Bush v. Gore and other historic cases at the U.S. Supreme Court.


    His portrait paintings hang in the U.S. Justice Department, Supreme Court, state capitals, and law schools at Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, and SMU.


   Todd Crespi’s films include GRENADA, a documentary about the 1983 invasion; made with support from the government of Grenada, U.S. Defense Department, and Ronald Reagan.


   Crespi’s film work in FUGAZI’S INSTRUMENT has been seen around the world at such venues as The Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Kennedy Center, and the Whitney.

  

   In the summer of 2013, a Crespi painting of Senator Ted Cruz arguing at the Supreme court was featured extensively on ABC News, The Colbert Report, and Huffington Post.
